Robert's background is in financial management in technology, infrastructure and new businesses. His leisure interests include watching cricket and collecting comic art.

Mobilise Support Specialist

Karen has a background in theatre and has enjoyed performing, teaching and stand-up. Outside of Mobilise, you can find her swimming (and not just in a pool!).

Senior Content and Engagement Manager

Nikki has over six years of experience within Marketing, and has loved writing all her life.
When not out walking her dogs through the local farm land, you'll find Nikki curled up with a book or tending to her veggie patch.

Head of Business Development

Steph has enjoyed a varied career moving through various roles leading up to business development and sales. Steph says that she doesn't have enough hours in the day for all of her hobbies and interests - from piano, to gardening, dancing (latin and ballroom), dressmaking and knitting, reading and, ubiqitously, yoga. Plus, lots of cooking and food!

Marketing Assistant

Emily is a Sociology graduate with experience volunteering in nurseries and care homes. Outside of Mobilise, you can find her tending to her growing collection of houseplants, getting creative with photography, or cheering on Arsenal when they (sometimes actually) score!

Suzanne is a Carer's Coach, and has designed training programmes for Parkinson's UK. She is a carer for her husband, Matt.

John has extensive experience in senior roles in investment banking, fast-growing charities and start ups. In his spare time he is a keen cyclist and skier and a long-suffering Saints fan.

B2B Marketing Manager

Louise has years of marketing experience working with brands, from world-leading charities to exciting SaaS start-ups. Outside of Mobilise you’ll find her having a bit of chill time with yoga or cheering on her beloved football team (Plymouth Argyle) or ice hockey team (Belfast Giants).

Operations Assistant

Clare is joining the team as Operations Assistant. She has a degree in Management and previously worked at CEB, a consultancy and research organisation supporting IT executives from a number of FTSE 500. Outside of Mobilise you can find her curling with with a book and her cat, or spending time with her husband and three children.

Administrative Assistant

Truth has years of experience in a finance start up. Outside of Mobilise, you can find her planning and organising events such as birthday parties, Christmas/New Year parties and other similar events for her big family.

Accounts Manager, North East

Nic has been a wellbeing and DEI Advocate and part of ESG initiatives in the North West (and more!). Outside of Mobilise, you can find her thrifting anything vintage, trying out new food spots or going to festivals.

Elle has years of experience in a variety of industries: computer software, IT, leisure, entertainment, education and personality profiling. Outside of Mobilise, you can find her baking her own bread each week, chasing after her dogs or learning a new DIY skill.

Kyro is a qualified accountant, supporting tech entrepreneurs internationally. He has been a carer since he was 13.

Dom looks after our contracted partners, and is also a founder of another social enterprise called PRIME. In his spare time, you'll find him on a 6-a-side football pitch or walking in the countryside.

Dawn has a background in HR, Events Management and Facilitation. She works with Dom, supporting our contracted partners. A carer herself, outside of Mobilise you will find her at the gym or working in her garden.

Lucy has had a varied career - ranging from project management to secondary school teaching. Outside of Mobilise you can find her making delicious meals for friends and family, tap dancing and expanding her horizons with the Frome Film Club.

Awais has years of experience working with young adults with challenging behaviour and diverse needs in semi-independent homes and the HMP Young Offenders Institute. In his spare time, you can find him trekking, swimming or visiting English Heritage Sites.
