"Family caring is important to me personally as I helped to look after my dad who was living with dementia. My role at Mobilise is to look after our contracted partners such as local authorities and health boards.

Another part of the partnerships role is to engage with local voluntary, community and charity groups to raise awareness of the Mobilise offering.

I'm also the founder of another social enterprise called PRIME where our focus is on boosting the mental and physical health of midlife men through sports activities."
