"Hello! I was born in Helsinki Finland before my family moved to Sydney Australia where I spent most of my life on Bondi Beach or living in a cul-de-sac very much like the TV show Neighbours! My husband (originally from Manchester), children and I relocated to West Yorkshire UK in 2013 where we now live with two ''energetic'' cockapoos. This year we moved into a house that was previously an Old Sunday School and are in the process of renovating, unearthing its history and making the most of it's quirky features.

I love good food, cooking, and trying new cuisines. My love of cinnamon buns, coffee and cheese comes from my Finnish heritage and my love of fresh, colourful ingredients, BBQ's and Asian flavours comes from my time Downunder. You will usually find me baking my own bread each week, chasing after my dogs or picking up supplies to teach myself DIY or a new craft like crochet via YouTube. I quite like a good true crime series to solve too.

I'm excited to join Mobilise because it is exactly the type of support and service I wish I had many years ago. My early career started in administration and personal assistant roles in a variety of industries: computer software, IT, leisure, entertainment, education and personality profiling. The last 5 years I have focused on the disability and social care sector, with organisations that embrace relationships, co-production and co-design to really ensure their offer is what the end user needs. As Account Manager I will be building strong relationships with Local Authorities and Carer Support Organisations so together we can support more unpaid, family and friend carers with the Mobilise offer.

I also became a family carer nearly 20 years ago for my son, diagnosed with rare neurological condition STXBP1."
