"Hello! I am a very proud Wulfrunian, which means I love my home city of Wolverhampton and I am passionate about my football team, Wolves. As well as being a season ticket holder at Wolves I also love quizzing at my local and spin at my gym.
My formative years were spent in a number of leading UK financial services companies in a variety of senior sales management, business development, and leadership roles.
In 2009 I moved to a leadership role in a leading education charity, Teach First. When I started, Teach First was a fledgling social enterprise with just 50 people and I was fortunate enough to be an integral part of the growth of the organisation.
Throughout my career, I have formally and informally trained, coached and mentored many people which is a real passion of mine.
I cared for both my mom through cancer and my dad through dementia, sadly neither are still with us but I know the complexities of finding your way through the support options as a carer and I wish Mobilise had been around when I needed that support. It felt like a very lonely time."
