"When my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s life took a BIG swerve for both of us. I’ve learnt so much on this journey both about caring and about myself.

As a certified coach I’m passionate about seeing people thrive and grow, being able to bring this to others who are looking after someone is the dream. Meeting James and Kyro in 2019 and sharing their vision it didn’t take me long to decide “I’m all in!”

Here at Mobilise I’m in daily conversation with carers. My approach is to listen and learn, encourage and empower. Mobilise is more than an organisation, it’s a community making a difference and that is really exciting. "
